1. Digital Nature of Products
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our CV templates, all sales are final. Once you purchase and receive access to download the files (Word, PDF, or other formats), we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation, as the product cannot be "returned."
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We only issue refunds under the following specific conditions:
- Corrupted or Defective Files: If the template file is corrupted, broken, or defective upon download, and our technical support team cannot provide a working replacement within 5 business days.
- Incorrect Description: If the product delivered is completely different from the preview and description shown on our website.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
- You accidentally purchased the wrong template.
- You changed your mind after completing the checkout.
- You lack the required software (e.g., Microsoft Word) or basic technical skills to edit the template.

Please provide your order number and a screenshot of the issue so we can assist you promptly. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
